Zutaten
- •300 g Hühnerbrust
- •120 g egg noodles
- •1200 ml Hühnerbrühe
- •150 g Karotte
- •100 g Sellerie
- •100 g Zwiebel
- •2 cloves Knoblauch
- •1 tsp fresh thyme
- •1 leaf bay leaf
- •1 tbsp Olivenöl
- •2 tbsp fresh parsley
- •1 to taste salt and pepper
Schritte
- 1.Heat olive oil in a large pot. Sweat onion + diced celery + carrot 8 min until soft.
- 2.Add minced garlic, thyme, bay leaf, cook 1 min until fragrant.
- 3.Pour in broth, bring to simmer. Add whole chicken breast, cover, poach 18 min until just cooked through.
- 4.Remove chicken, shred with two forks. Discard bay leaf.
- 5.Bring broth back to a boil, add egg noodles, cook 6-8 min per package.
- 6.Return shredded chicken, season with salt + pepper. Garnish with parsley.
