Zutaten
- •500 g potatoes (diced)
- •1 medium carrot (diced)
- •1 small parsnip (diced)
- •80 g celery root (diced)
- •250 g mushrooms (sliced)
- •1 medium onion (diced)
- •3 clove Knoblauch
- •1 tsp caraway seeds
- •1 tsp marjoram (dried)
- •1500 ml Gemüsebrühe
- •2 tbsp butter
- •1 tbsp flour (to thicken)

Schritte
- 1.Sauté onion in butter 4 min.
- 2.Add mushrooms, sweat 5 min.
- 3.Add diced root veg + caraway + marjoram; cook 2 min.
- 4.Pour broth; simmer 25 min until potatoes tender.
- 5.Whisk flour into 50 ml broth, swirl back to thicken.
- 6.Top with parsley.
