- •250 g brown lentils (cooked)
- •60 g rolled oats (ground)
- •2 tbsp ground flax + water (egg replacer)
- •1 medium onion (finely diced)
- •2 clove Knoblauch
- •0.5 tsp ground allspice
- •0.25 tsp ground white pepper
- •1 tbsp soy sauce (umami)
- •2 tbsp Olivenöl
- •600 g potatoes (for mash)
- •120 ml fortified oat milk
- •2 tbsp vegan butter

Schritte
- 1.Pulse lentils + oats + onion + spices + soy sauce + flax egg into a sticky mince.
- 2.Roll into 24 balls, chill 10 min.
- 3.Pan-fry in olive oil 8 min, browning all sides.
- 4.Boil potatoes 20 min, mash with oat milk + vegan butter.
- 5.Plate balls over mash.
- 6.Top with lingonberry + fresh dill.
