Zutaten
- •200 g buckwheat groats
- •300 g lean beef stew chunks
- •100 g Zwiebel
- •100 g Karotte
- •2 tbsp vegetable oil
- •1 leaf bay leaf
- •500 ml beef broth or water
- •1 to taste salt and black pepper
Schritte
- 1.Brown beef chunks in oil over high heat 5 min, transfer to a plate.
- 2.Lower heat. Sweat onion in the same pot 5 min, add grated carrot, cook 3 more min.
- 3.Return beef, pour in broth, add bay leaf. Cover and simmer 40 min until beef is tender.
- 4.Rinse buckwheat, add directly to the pot. Stir, cover, cook 18 min until liquid absorbed.
- 5.Rest 5 min off heat. Fork-fluff and serve.
