Ingrédients
- •240 g black beans, drained
- •80 g flocons d'avoine
- •50 g vegan chocolate protein powder
- •4 tbsp poudre de cacao
- •4 tbsp sirop d'érable
- •3 tbsp beurre d'amande
- •2 tbsp ground flax + water (egg replacer)
- •1 tsp vanilla extract
- •1 tsp baking powder
- •50 g dark chocolate chips
- •1 pinch sel
Étapes
- 1.Preheat oven to 175 °C / 350 °F. Line a 20 cm square pan with parchment.
- 2.Mix ground flax with 6 tbsp water in a small bowl, rest 5 min.
- 3.In a food processor blitz black beans + rolled oats + cocoa + protein powder + maple syrup + almond butter + vanilla + baking powder + flax mixture + salt until smooth.
- 4.Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
- 5.Spread in the pan. Bake 25-30 min until top is set but middle still slightly soft.
- 6.Cool completely in the pan before cutting into 9 squares.
