  • 400 g cottage cheese (5% fat)
  • 1 large œuf
  • 3 tbsp semolina flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp honey to serve

  1. 1.In a bowl mash cottage cheese with a fork. Add egg, semolina, sugar and vanilla, mix to a sticky dough.
  2. 2.Rest 5 min so semolina absorbs moisture.
  3. 3.Wet hands and form 6 small patties.
  4. 4.Heat oil in a pan on medium. Fry syrniki 3 minutes per side until golden.
  5. 5.Plate, drizzle honey, eat immediately.
