Ingrédients
- •1 small frozen banana
- •200 ml fortified soy milk
- •2 tbsp beurre de cacahuète
- •25 g vegan vanilla protein powder
- •1 tbsp ground flax
- •1 tsp poudre de cacao
- •20 g topping: granola
Étapes
- 1.Slice frozen banana into a blender.
- 2.Add soy milk, peanut butter, protein powder, flax and cocoa.
- 3.Blend until thick — should hold a spoon, not pour. Add ice if too thin.
- 4.Scrape into a bowl, sprinkle granola on top.
- 5.Eat immediately with a spoon.
