Ingrédients

  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 200 ml fortified soy milk
  • 2 tbsp beurre de cacahuète
  • 25 g vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tsp poudre de cacao
  • 20 g topping: granola

Étapes

  1. 1.Slice frozen banana into a blender.
  2. 2.Add soy milk, peanut butter, protein powder, flax and cocoa.
  3. 3.Blend until thick — should hold a spoon, not pour. Add ice if too thin.
  4. 4.Scrape into a bowl, sprinkle granola on top.
  5. 5.Eat immediately with a spoon.
