- •1 large ei
- •3 tbsp semolina flour
- •1 tbsp sugar
- •0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- •2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
- •1 tbsp honey to serve

- 1.In a bowl mash cottage cheese with a fork. Add egg, semolina, sugar and vanilla, mix to a sticky dough.
- 2.Rest 5 min so semolina absorbs moisture.
- 3.Wet hands and form 6 small patties.
- 4.Heat oil in a pan on medium. Fry syrniki 3 minutes per side until golden.
- 5.Plate, drizzle honey, eat immediately.
