Ingredients
- •300 g salmon fillet
- •300 g zucchini-raw
- •2 tbsp olive oil
- •1 medium lemon
- •10 g dill
- •2 cloves garlic
Steps
- 1.Slice zucchini into half-moons. Mince garlic.
- 2.Sear salmon in 1 tbsp olive oil, skin-side down, 4 min. Flip, cook 3 min.
- 3.Remove salmon, sauté zucchini + garlic 4 min in same pan.
- 4.Plate, squeeze lemon, top with chopped dill.
