Ingredients

  • 300 g salmon fillet
  • 300 g zucchini-raw
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 10 g dill
  • 2 cloves garlic

Steps

  1. 1.Slice zucchini into half-moons. Mince garlic.
  2. 2.Sear salmon in 1 tbsp olive oil, skin-side down, 4 min. Flip, cook 3 min.
  3. 3.Remove salmon, sauté zucchini + garlic 4 min in same pan.
  4. 4.Plate, squeeze lemon, top with chopped dill.
