Most fitness apps assume an uninterrupted hour at a gym. Volya assumes the opposite — 8 to 30 minutes, in the kitchen, with a child possibly climbing on your back. Tap a duration chip on /account (8 / 15 / 20 / 30 min) and the planner generates a plan that finishes in that window, end of story. Equipment defaults to 'home' so you see no kettlebell drills that demand 2 m² of clear floor. When you switch tabs to silence WhatsApp, the workout timer auto-pauses; come back two minutes later and you pick up at the second.

Streak tracking is forgiving by design: medical_pause and travel_mode freeze the counter without penalty, and missed days don't reset back to zero — they pause. The recipe catalog has 84 entries with a quick-15 filter so you can eat in the same 20 minutes you trained in. AI coach knows you have a 4-year-old and a 7-year-old (if you told it in chat); meal recs will lean toward kid-friendly batch-cook meals (lentil shepherd's pie, mediterranean chicken bake, pierogi-style dumplings).
