Ingredientes
- •400 g potatoes (russet)
- •60 g cebolla
- •1 large huevo
- •3 tbsp matzo meal
- •4 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
- •1 tsp sal
- •100 g unsweetened applesauce (side)
Pasos
- 1.Grate potatoes and onion on the large holes of a box grater. Squeeze through a clean tea-towel to remove as much liquid as possible.
- 2.Transfer to a bowl, beat in the egg, matzo meal and salt.
- 3.Heat oil in a wide pan over medium-high heat.
- 4.Drop heaping tablespoons of batter into the oil, flatten with the back of a spoon. Fry 2-3 min per side until deep golden.
- 5.Drain on paper towels, plate with a side of applesauce.
