Ingredienti
- •700 g potatoes (peeled, grated)
- •200 g all-purpose flour
- •1 large uovo
- •1 tsp sale
- •200 g bryndza or feta cheese
- •80 g smoked bacon (cubed)
- •2 tbsp milk (for cheese)
- •2 tbsp chives (chopped)
