Hozzávalók

  • 240 g black beans, drained
  • 80 g hengerelt zab
  • 50 g vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 4 tbsp kakaópor
  • 4 tbsp juharszirup
  • 3 tbsp mandula vaj
  • 2 tbsp ground flax + water (egg replacer)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g dark chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch

Lépések

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 175 °C / 350 °F. Line a 20 cm square pan with parchment.
  2. 2.Mix ground flax with 6 tbsp water in a small bowl, rest 5 min.
  3. 3.In a food processor blitz black beans + rolled oats + cocoa + protein powder + maple syrup + almond butter + vanilla + baking powder + flax mixture + salt until smooth.
  4. 4.Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
  5. 5.Spread in the pan. Bake 25-30 min until top is set but middle still slightly soft.
  6. 6.Cool completely in the pan before cutting into 9 squares.
