Ingredients
- •250 g dried white beans (soaked overnight)
- •1 large onion (large, sliced)
- •3 clove garlic
- •3 tbsp sunflower oil
- •1 leaf bay leaf
- •1 tsp sweet paprika
- •1 tbsp lemon juice
- •1 tbsp fresh dill (to serve)
- •1 tsp salt
- •4 slice rye bread (to serve)
Steps
- 1.Drain soaked beans, boil 60 min with bay until soft.
- 2.Slice onion, fry slowly in 2 tbsp oil 15 min until caramel.
- 3.Off heat, stir sweet paprika into onion.
- 4.Mash beans with garlic + remaining oil + lemon juice.
- 5.Top with paprika onions + fresh dill.
- 6.Eat with rye bread.
