Volya

Airport layover workout — gate-side, no gear, 5-15 min

Most fitness apps assume you have a gym, a hotel room, or at minimum a corner. Airports give you ~1 m² next to your seat. That's our smallest context — and it actually works.

When you fly 60% of the year, three things break every fitness app: equipment access (your dumbbells aren't in the carry-on), space (gate area is two seats of footprint), and noise (no plyo while strangers wait for boarding). Most apps' "travel mode" just hides the workouts you can't do; Volya generates a different plan for it.

The airport context filter is the strictest one in the planner: indoor-safe required, ≤1 m² floor area, zero equipment assumed. The eligible pool is ~30 bodyweight moves spanning push, legs, core, and mobility — pike push-ups, wall sit, glute bridge, dead-bug, hip-flexor stretches, calf raises. Pair it with the 8-minute duration chip and you bank a streak day before they call your row. Travel mode (separate toggle) freezes the streak when you'd rather not work out at all; airport is for when you DO have 12 minutes and a floor tile.
