Suroviny
- •3 medium ripe avocado
- •2 tbsp lime juice
- •50 g red onion, minced
- •100 g tomato, seeded and diced
- •15 g jalapeño, minced
- •3 tbsp fresh cilantro
- •0.5 tsp soľ
Kroky
- 1.Halve avocados, scoop into a bowl. Mash with a fork — leave some chunks.
- 2.Stir in lime juice immediately to prevent browning.
- 3.Fold in minced red onion, diced tomato, jalapeño, chopped cilantro.
- 4.Salt to taste. Best within 2 hours of making.
- 5.If storing: press plastic wrap directly onto the surface, refrigerate up to 24 h.
