  • 2 slices whole-grain bread
  • 1 small ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp citronsaft
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes (pinch)
  • 2 tsp näringsjäst
  • 1 pinch salt

  1. 1.Toast bread until deep golden — substance enough to hold the avocado.
  2. 2.Cut avocado, scoop into a bowl, mash with lemon juice, salt and red pepper flakes.
  3. 3.Pile avocado mash on toast, scatter nutritional yeast and everything-bagel seasoning.
  4. 4.Eat immediately while toast is still crisp.
