Ingredienser
- •700 g potatoes (peeled, grated)
- •200 g all-purpose flour
- •1 large ägg
- •1 tsp salt
- •200 g bryndza or feta cheese
- •80 g smoked bacon (cubed)
- •2 tbsp milk (for cheese)
- •2 tbsp chives (chopped)
Steg
- 1.Mix grated potato + flour + egg + salt into a soft batter.
- 2.Drop spoonfuls into boiling salted water; cook 4 min until they float.
- 3.Drain.
- 4.Mash bryndza/feta with milk into a smooth sauce.
- 5.Toss halušky in cheese sauce.
- 6.Top with crispy bacon + chives.
