Why we're building this
Most fitness apps optimise for a single user — a 25-year-old healthy male in a US gym. Volya works for the rest: vegans, pregnant women, post-injury comebacks, busy parents, seniors with achy knees, athletes mid-travel. The plan adapts to your week, your equipment, your kitchen — not the other way around.
How it works
Tell Volya about your goal, equipment, diet, allergens, and any conditions. It builds a week-aware workout plan and a meal plan that closes your macro and micronutrient gaps. Skip a leg day? Volya rebalances tomorrow — it won't just re-run yesterday's session. Snap a photo of your fridge and it suggests a real recipe, not a list of ingredients.
Your data, your rules
Health information is treated as PHI. Row-level security means another user can never read your data — not even if our API misbehaves. Encrypted at rest, minimal logging, your medical conditions never leave your row. You can export or delete everything any time.
Languages, from day one
Volya launches in 18 languages: English, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, Romanian, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Greek, Croatian, and Swedish. We translate via real people, not just machines — the coach's voice should feel native, not robotic.
