Build muscle at home — adaptive workouts, any space
The home-workout problem isn't motivation — it's that most apps were designed in a gym. Volya was designed in a kitchen with a baby asleep upstairs.
Generic "home workout" apps run you through burpees and jump squats in a 6 m² living room and call it programming. Real home training has constraints: ceilings under 2.5m, no platform, neighbours below, a child sleeping in the next room. The exercise picker has to understand all of that BEFORE you click Start, or you're skipping half the session anyway.
Volya's planner takes your space (gym / home / hotel / outdoor / travel), your equipment (or the substitutes — backpack loaded with books for real pressing/rowing weight, chair as bench, water bottle for warm-ups only), and your goal, then generates a 4-day split where every exercise actually fits. Hotel mode caps at 2 m² with no plyo; outdoor adds sprints and farmer carries; home adapts to whether the dumbbells exist. Same hypertrophy programming, different exercises per context. 200+ exercises in the catalogue; the AI picks the right one for your specific room.
